Bench Diagnosis
Laptop faults are usually screen, battery, hinge, keyboard, or charging-port related rather than the PSU/motherboard faults common on desktops — our techs check these first. In-store diagnosis is usually same-day.
Fixed Repair Quote
Clear quote before any chargeable work. Inspection fee (from $80 incl. GST) is credited toward the final price.
Repairs Performed
Screen and battery replacement, charging port and hinge repair, keyboard key replacement, and component-level motherboard/logic board work where a full swap isn't necessary.
Full Testing
Battery cycle, charging, screen, and keyboard are all tested before your laptop leaves the workshop.
