Book online and send your device to us, or walk straight into our Rosedale or Penrose workshop — no appointment necessary. We repair the full range of Apple devices: iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro.

Bench Diagnosis

Our Apple-certified technicians run physical checks and benchmarks to pinpoint the exact issue, hardware or software. In-store diagnosis is usually same-day; mailed-in devices receive an inspection report.

Fixed Repair Quote

We'll call or text you with a clear quote before any chargeable work begins. If the fix is covered by your inspection fee (from $80, incl. GST), it's done at no extra cost — otherwise, we quote first and credit that fee toward the final price.

Repairs Performed

Once approved, our Apple-certified technicians get to work using genuine or high-quality OEM replacement parts (subject to your approval). From iPhone and iPad screen and battery replacements to MacBook charging ports, hinges, and keyboards, we also specialise in component-level logic board repairs — often saving you money compared to a full board or device replacement.
