Send your desktop PC or gaming tower to us, or walk into Rosedale or Penrose — no appointment needed. We support all major brands and custom builds.

Inspect the Desktop and Identify the Fault

This may include checking whether it powers on, shuts down unexpectedly, produces unusual noises, displays errors, or has problems with connected hardware.

Fixed Repair Quote

We call or text with a clear quote before chargeable work starts. Inspection fee (from $80 incl. GST) is credited toward the final price if you approve further work.

Repairs Performed

Once you approve the quote, we repair or replace the affected desktop component where appropriate. This can include a power supply, PCIe expansion card, case fan or other desktop-specific hardware.

Full Testing

After the repair, we test the desktop to confirm that the original fault has been resolved and that the repaired or replaced hardware is operating correctly.

Pickup / Delivery

We call or text when it's ready. Mailed-in units are couriered back. Standard turnaround 48 hours (3–5 days if parts are ordered).
