What is your standard repair time?

Advanced Computers standard repair time is 48 hours (or 3 – 5 working days if special part needs to be ordered). 1 hour express and same day service is available on request, booking is required.

Do you also fix Mac?

Yes, we fix Macs. We have in-house Apple-certified technicians specialized in MacBook and iMac hardware. Advanced Computers is one of the few companies in New Zealand capable of troubleshooting Mac motherboards for affordable and fast repairs, offering an alternative to the costly full-replacement quotes typically provided by other repairers. Do you also fix TVs?

Do you also fix Mobile phones, smart phones?

Yes, we repair mobile phones and smartphones, including Apple iPhones, Samsung Galaxy models, and other major brands. Our mobile team can also service phone models brought in from overseas.

Do you also fix DSLR digital cameras?

Yes, we can assist with DSLR digital camera repairs, sensor cleaning, and insurance claims for common brands like Canon and Nikon. We offer professional camera cleaning services for everything from small APC chips to full-frame Mirrorless and DSLR cameras.

Do you also data recovery?

Yes, we provide professional data recovery services for various media interfaces, including SATA, Flash, SAS, SCSI, and RAID arrays.

Do you repair my service item in store?

Yes, all repairs are carried out by our technicians in-store at our Auckland repair shops to ensure quality and security.

Do we have staff that are able to speak Chinese and other languages?

Yes we have staff that can speak both English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese). We also have staff can speak Korean, Spanish, Afrikaans to provide you further assistance.

If I am not in Auckland, can you also help my repair?

Yes, our repair service covers New Zealand nationwide. Please send in your service items to our branch office located at 7C Triton Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632. You also can just book online Request a Repair.

For small items, we will send back at NO FREIGHT CHARGE. Our standard turnaround time 48 hours applies on repair items from outside of Auckland, counting from item received.
