How soon before a technician will visit?
In most cases we can have a technician onsite within 1-2 working days. You can specify the time that would suit you best in the booking form below.
How much does it cost?
Standard hourly rate for onsite support is $100 + GST
Travel is charged at $1 per km for a return trip from either our Glenfield or Penrose branch (whichever is closest)
