Whether your laptop is broken, slow, freezes at unexpected times or has a cracked or damaged screen, you can be sure our dedicated team of professionals can fix your device and have it back up and running in no time at all.

Repair Process

1. Bring your laptop into our Auckland store located in Glenfield on the North Shore

(see our Mobile Computer Support page for onsite repairs)

2. Our technicians will inspect your laptop and phone you with the diagnosis and an estimate to fix.

3. If you are happy with the quote we provide, we will proceed with the repairs.

4. When your laptop repairs are complete, we will call you to let you know your laptop can be picked up.

Rates

Inspection Fee - $49 inc. GST

Hourly rate - $80 inc. GST

Insurance Repairs

Advanced Computers are authorised repairers for AMI, NZI, AA, State and IAG. We can also undertake repairs for most other insurance companies.

For all insurance repairs, we bill your insurance company directly for the cost of the repairs.

Turnaround Time

All inspections are made within 2 working days from when we receive your laptop.

Repair times can vary depending on the availability of parts. We will however inform you how long your repairs are likely to take once an inspection has been made.

Courtesy PC's

Advanced Computers has a selection of FREE courtesy PC's and laptops for your convenience while your computer is in for repair. Availability is limited so call ahead if you require a courtesy PC.
