Physical or mechanical damage – recovery of data from storage media or devices that have suffered mechanical or physical damage. E.g. malfunctioning hard drive, dropped or knocked hard drive, damaged or scratched back up tape / CD / DVD, broken flash drive casing
Electronic faults / recovery of data from storage devices that have suffered an electronic fault. E.g. unresponsive hard drive, flash drive or NAS device
Overwritten or deleted data / recovery of data from storage media where data files have been accidentally overwritten or deleted
Data recovery cost and timeframes
Initial inspection is $41 inc. GST. If the data can be transferred from hard disk drive directly, $82 inc. GST per hour labour apply. A quote will be provided on request before transfering. Normal lead time would be 48 hours.
If the hard disk drive has hardware failure and data cannot be transferred out, we recommend an advanced data recovery assessement, which costs $69 inc. GST. Normal lead time would be 5-10 working days. Your hard disk drive will be handled by certified data recovery technicians utilize the latest cutting-edge tools and sophisticated data recovery equipment, including Class 100 dust-free clean room environment for performing delicate repairs on hard drive internal components.
If data can be recovered, cost is from $579 inc. GST. You won’t be charged if data can’t be recovered. Normal lead time would be 5-10 working days from your recovery confirmation.
